My School Bucks Announcement

Hello Port Jervis Families:

Hartland, MY SCHOOL BUCKS, Meal Accounts has notified our district that the cost of automatic credit card payments will increase as of March 7th, 2024 to $3.25 per transaction.   

There are some options to minimize the transaction fee or eliminate the fee.  

  1. If you have more than one child in school, make one deposit, and call our office to split the deposit for you. This process will cost you one transaction fee.
  2. To eliminate the transaction fee: Send a check or money order to one of our cashiers in your students' school cafeteria. They will be able to make the deposit for you. Please write your child’s lunch PIN and note “Lunch Fund” in the memo line of the check.
  3. Another option is to send a check or money order to our district office.  Please write your student’s PIN and note “Lunch Fund” in the memo line. We can deposit the money into your student’s lunch account. 

If you have more than one student in the Port Jervis City School District and would like to apply the money to multiple lunch accounts, please notify us with the specific amounts to put into each student’s account.
