Capital Project Phases

Phase I (Completed in 2024)

  • Renovate and expand the PJMS building and convert it to a K-5 elementary school.

Phase II (Completed in 2024)

  • Convert ASK Elementary to a grades 6-8 middle school.
  • Renovate the high school softball and baseball playing fields and tennis courts.
  • Convert ASK playground into modified baseball, softball, and soccer fields.

Phase III (Completed in 2024)

  • Renovate the high school auditorium and relocate the high school library to a larger space.
  • Convert former High School library into two science classrooms.
  • Renovate Chase Field with new lights, scoreboard, track, and FieldTurf.
  • Renovate Glennette Field with new lights, scoreboard, and FieldTurf.

Phase IV (Estimated Completion – Summer 2026)

  • Resurface the entire HBE roof and a new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system would be installed throughout the school.
  • Resurface the High School/Middle School roof and make upgrades to the auditorium lighting, as well as a few smaller maintenance projects.

Phase V (Estimated Completion – Summer 2027)

  • Install a new heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system throughout the entire high school and middle school campus.

Solar Field (Estimated Completion – Early 2027)

  • Build a 2.25 KW solar array on approximately 10 acres on the Vicaretti property on Route 209 in Huguenot.
