Port Grad In The News: Wrestling Honor for Former Port Jervis Wrestling Coach - Mark Faller
August 8, 2018 - Port Jervis, NY - The legendary Port Jervis coach recently received one of the sport’s highest honors. Faller, who led Port Jervis, his alma mater, to a 70-2-1 record from 1975-1980, will receive the lifetime service award from the Upstate New York chapter of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame on Sept. 23 in East Syracuse. click here for the entire article>

Port Grad In The News: Columbia Astronomy Student Participates in Research Program in Chile
October 23rd, 2017 - Kirsten Blancato, a Ph.D. student in the Astronomy Department at Columbia University, spent the month of October visiting Santiago working with Thomas Puzia at Universidad Catolica's Institute for Astrophysics. Kirsten is the third Columbia student that has participated in an exchange program on astrophysics between Columbia and Universidad Católica sponsored by the President's Global Innovation. Port Grad a shining star at Mercy College
December 1 2016 - Malerie Baker has never stopped working towards her goals. Baker, PJHS Class of 2012, is well on her way to great success. She's recently completed her undergraduate degree (accounting) and will earn her masters from Mercy College in 2017.
Hard work and dedication have led her to an opportunity at Ernst and Young, one of the most prestigious accounting firms in the world.
Malerie remains grounded and is working on ways to pay it forward. She has embarked on creating a mentor program for students at Mercy College. To hear her story, click HERE.
Malerie Baker is a great example of what you can be through hard work, dedication and striving for your goals. She credits PJHS and DECA Program for setting her on the right path. Malerie definitely has tremendous Port Pride!
Raiders Need Your help
February 8, 2016 - Calling all Raider Sports Alumni - Your athletic department is updating historical award winning files and needs your help.
The department is in the process of purchasing plaques with name plates for each year's recipients for the end of year Coaches Awards. Unfortunately most of these award documents are unavailable.
We are looking for award winners of these awards from 1971 to 2008. If you were a recipient and would like your name on the plaque, you can contact the Athletic Office at 845-858-3100 ext. 11880 or 11881

Alumni Hall of Fame
The Port Jervis School District established the Alumni Hall of Fame to recognize individuals who were educated and inspired by our school system. Those selected for this honor have achieved personal success and have made a significant contribution to society. They serve as role models to inspire current and future generations of students. The 2015 Hall of Fame Class will be inducted Oct. 11th.
