Math 7
In this course we will work towards meeting the goals of the New York State Next Generation Mathematics Learning Standards. The goals include obtaining skills (proficiency) in the following core areas: Essential Review, Operations with Signed Numbers, Proportional Relationships, Percent, Linear Expressions, Equations, and Inequalities, Statistics/Probability, Geometry. Students will work on Word Problems and Constructive Response Questions that cover all topics regularly to help them prepare for the Math 7 Assessment Examination.
