Kimberly Eichele, Elementary Instructional Literacy Coach

I am the Elementary Literacy Coach, supporting students in grades K-5 at both A.S.K. and H.B.E. I have been a teacher in the Port Jervis City School District since 2015, with experience teaching special education in grades 4, 5 and 6.
My goals as the literacy coach are to improve student achievement through individualized and engaging instruction, collaborate with colleagues and support students in becoming intrinsically motivated learners.  Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family, running, and traveling both near and far. I am eager to continue working alongside teachers and students to cultivate a community of literacy and inclusion for all.
