Professional Development Plan
The District Plan provides for a variety of training programs to ensure the needs of the students, teachers, and district are addressed. A large portion of the planned programs are aimed at increasing teacher knowledge and understanding of current initiatives in order to improve student performance. The Plan also provides for appropriate grade level and cross grade level training and coordination by providing programs generic to curriculum alignment focusing on the needs of specific grade levels.
