Resource Room – Resource room program is a special education program for a classified student registered in either a special class or general education class who is in need of specialized supplementary instruction in a small group setting for a portion of the school day. Resource room programs are for the purpose of supplementing the general education or special education classroom instruction of classified students who are in need of such supplemental programs.

Integrated Co-Teaching – Integrated Co-Teaching is defined as the provision of specially designed instruction provided to a group of classified students and non-classified students in a general education class. Students in Integrated Co-Teaching are put together based on similarity of need.

Special Class – Special class means a class consisting of classified students who have been grouped together because of similarity of individual needs for the purpose of receiving specially designed instruction in a self-contained setting, meaning that such students are receiving their primary instruction separate from their non-classified peers. Career Achievement Program

This course is designed to provide students with specialized support in a small classroom environment to allow for instruction that focuses on the individual needs of the student. Students will receive instruction on essential life skills that can be applied to real world settings. Students will learn how to become a productive member of the workforce, how to be financially responsible, how to live independently, and how to interact in various social settings. Students will participate in using the PAES Lab (Practical Assessment Exploration System). This program will allow students to explore various career fields and identify their strengths by using hands-on tasks to collect data. This data will help formulate a possible career path to help them succeed in post secondary life.
