Dear Parents, Guardians, and members of the Port Jervis High School Class of 2027,
Congratulations on the completion of your Port Jervis Middle School experience. The transition from middle school is an exciting time; I would like to formally welcome you to our Port Jervis High School family and invite you to our Freshman Orientation. This important event will be held on Tuesday, August 29th at 9:00 am in the Port Jervis High School auditorium. Although we still have a few weeks left in summer, we want you to get ready to start the next chapter in your lives.
We ask that you save the date and join us for this valuable 2-hour informational session. There will be a combined student/guardian meeting; we will then split the group to address the guardians while students explore the building. We strongly encourage parents/guardians to attend; however, students may attend by themselves or with their classmates. During the sessions, we will be sharing information that will assist both students and guardians. Our goal is to ensure that all of our incoming students have a successful year.
Our team at PJHS is looking forward to seeing you on Tuesday, August 29th at 9 am. Please find the SchoolTool Parent Portal enrollment form enclosed. If you do not already have a SchoolTool Parent Portal account, please fill out this form and return it to us at orientation. Parent Portal will allow you to access your student grades, attendance, and academic information through SchoolTool. If you are unable to attend orientation, you may return this form at the start of school. Please feel free to contact the main office if you have any questions.
