On Monday, December 10, 2018, a survey, as part of our Strategic Planning process, will be disseminated to families, students, and staff within the Port Jervis Learning Community. We are very interested in the perspective of our families, students, and staff as an important part of our planning. Our family/school relationship and partnership is central to our students’ success.
A link to “The Family Engagement Survey” can be accessed on our website under the “Parent Resources” tab beginning December 10 through December 21. Additionally, computers will be available in our school buildings during our Winter Concerts. A letter will be sent home from your child’s building indicating the password for the survey. Students in grades 3-12 will complete the survey during the school day as well. We appreciate your assistance in completing this important document.
