Lunches will be delivered to Church St. Park and the Youth Center each weekday at 12:00 pm.

This program is FREE to Port Jervis School District Students or Port Jervis youth ages of 18 and under!!

The Port Jervis Recreation Commission will open West End Beach (weather and beach conditions permitting), located on the beautiful Delaware River on Friday, June 26, 2026, and close on Thursday, August 20, 2026.

West End Beach schedule:

• Monday, Thursday, and Friday 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm
• Weekends 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

1. There is a $15 parking fee for all non-City of Port Jervis residents Weekends beginning June 27, and July 3. The parking fee includes all vehicles.
2. No Alcoholic beverages permitted.
3. No Smoking or Vaping
4. No Pets
5. No Glass bottles permitted.
6. Swimming is NOT permitted outside the designated swimming area or when there is thunder or lightning or when lifeguards are off duty.
7. No inner tubes or floatation devices. No charcoal grills.

Cool down this summer at the Church St. Park SPLASH PAD. Escape the summer heat with brothers and sisters and friends. Hours of operation 11 am - 7 pm. As is the case in all city parks- NO PETS or SMOKING is permitted. We anticipate opening on or around May 30, 2026.

The Broome Street Marching Band and Brassanova will perform at Veterans Park on Pike Street on Monday June 1 at 7 pm.

The Broome Street Wind Ensemble Band will perform 2 FREE concerts, also at Veterans Park on Mondays- June 30 and July 28. Concerts will be held at 7:00 pm. In case of inclement weather concert will be held at Drew United Methodist Church. Concerts sponsored by: Port Jervis Recreation

Thursday, July 2, 2026, 5:00 pm- 10:00 pm at Riverside Park. Fireworks start at approximately 9:30 pm from PT. PETER

Come experience some of the Tri-States best food truck vendors. Taste everything from savory to sweet. While enjoying your food live bands will be playing on stage starting at 5 pm. At approximately 9:30 pm enjoy fantastic fireworks from the peak of Point Peter. There is a $5 entrance fee to the Food Truck Festival. For more info: pjfoodtruckfireworks.org.

NEW York METS Baseball Game at Citi Field

The New York Mets vs. Miami Marlins Friday July 31, 2026. The game starts at 7:05 pm. The Charter Bus will leave Port (parking lot next to Walgreens) at 3:15 pm sharp! The bus will return at approximately midnight. The cost is only $95.00 per person. This includes tickets and transportation. Seats are Section 128 Rows 18-19-20. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. Limited Tickets available. Sorry, NO REFUNDS.

The Bronx Zoo

Join us on Friday, August 14, 2026, as we travel to the most famous Zoo in the world! Charter Bus will leave Port (parking lot next to Walgreens) at 8:00 am sharp! Bus will return at approximately 6:30 pm. Cost is only $75 per person. This includes admission to the park and transportation. The Bronx Zoo is home to more than 4,000 animals and 650 species, many of which are endangered or threatened.
