Community Yoga Classes
At the Administrative Offices' Boardroom of the Port Jervis City School District, located at 150 Pike Street, Port Jervis, NY 12771
From March 2026 - we will offer three free classes:
- Monday: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Yoga Asanas and Full-Body Stretch
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM Chair-Assisted Yoga
- Friday: 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM Yoga Therapy & Tai-Chi Walking
