ASK Student Items Pickup

Dear Parents/Guardians:

As a reminder, on June 11 and 12 you will have the opportunity to come by the school to pick up your child’s belongings. In an effort to make this process as smooth as possible, please follow these procedures:

  • Enter the ASK parking lot via the main entrance of ASK (near our digital display board on 209).
  • Follow signs and or parking lot attendants towards the curb in front of the ASK main office doors.
  • There will be three stations for pickup and drop off of items.
  • Each station will have school personnel assigned to help you.
  • Please remain in your cars and we will bring the items to you.
  • Please make sure to have your child’s teacher’s information.  It may help us locate your items faster.
  • Once you receive your items, you may also return any school property you have, such as: musical instruments; textbooks; library books; classroom library books; etc.
  • A nurses station will also be outside to return any medications to you.
  • Once you are done, you will turn around by the Pupil Personnel Building (the red building in front of ASK) and exit the campus the same way you entered.
    • If you have a high schooler and need to pick up their belongings, then you will be allowed to proceed through the parking lot to the high school.

The schedule is as follows:

  • June 11 : 8:30 am - 10:30 am :   Last names A-E
  • June 11 : 10:30 pm - 12:30 pm : Last names F-L
  • June 11:   12:30 pm - 2:30 pm :  Last names M-R
  • June 12 :  8:30 am - 10:30 am :  Last names S-Z
  • June 12 : 10:30 am - 12:30 pm : Last names A-L
  • June 12 : 12:30 pm - 2:30 pm :   Last names M-Z

I ask that you please be patient with this process as we will do the best we can to locate your items in a timely fashion.  As always, thank you for your support and cooperation.
