School physicals

School physicals are required for all Elementary school students in Kindergarten, 1st Grade, 3rd Grade and 5th grade, as well as all new registrants to the school.  The school’s physician will be starting physicals in October for students who have not already supplied the school with a physical or notice of an upcoming appointment.  Please contact the health office at 858-3100 ext. 13700 or 13701 if you have an appointment for a physical with your primary physician, otherwise it will be done by the school’s physician.
