On Tuesday, January 23rd students at ASK had an incredible visit from Corey the Dribbler. Corey, a former player on the Harlem Globetrotters, spoke with students about his journey to becoming a Harlem Globetrotter and the perseverance it took to get there. He emphasized the importance of being Responsible, Respectful, Reading to Learn, and that Reading is Power! Students absolutely loved watching him perform his world record-breaking dribbling tricks & hearing his message. A huge thank you to the ASK PTA who sponsored this assembly for our students!
