New York State law requires all new entrants, and students in Kindergarten, 1st, 3rd, and 5th grades to have a health examination by a New York State licensed provider.
Dr. Sara Little, Port Jervis School District Medical Director, will begin school physicals on October 27, 2023, for those students who have requested a physical and those who have not provided the required school physical. If you have any questions, please contact your child's health office.
Vision and hearing screenings will be done on all students in grades Kindergarten, First, Third, Fifth, and all new entrants starting Monday, November 13, 2023.
Parents will be notified if follow-up referrals are required.
