All six third grades at ASK recently held their annual "Win-Win Walk-a-thon" and donated the proceeds to the Outdoor Club of Port Jervis. The children learned an important lesson about both community service, and the importance of physical fitness. The Outdoor Club is a non-profit organization which is committed to maintaining the local watershed and making sure it is accessible to all. Members Chip Estenes and Theresa Balough accepted the $2,378.78 check from the top donation earners.
