Lambert "Lum" Trovei, Class of 1942

Lum was a lifelong resident of Port Jervis and the owner of Arthur Trovei & Sons, which is now a third generation PJ firm that does business worldwide. He was a World War II veteran serving as a U.S. Army sergeant in the European Theater. He was also a premier trumpet player, band leader and entertainer for almost 60 years. He played at resorts and banquet halls throughout our area and appeared on the Major Bowes Show. He was a long-time member of the PJ Elks, VFW and City Band.
