Congrats to both PJHS seniors Abbey Montalvo & Kevin Mesnick Jr. They were selected as the 2026 scholar-athlete award winners, representing Port Jervis at the County-Wide Scholar-Athlete event. We extend our congratulations to their families, teachers, and coaches for all their #supPORT
Abbey is attending Siena University to study Political Science and is in a pre-law track. She ranked 8th in the graduating class and was captain on both the softball & soccer teams.
Kevin will attend New Paltz University and go into finance. He is ranked 3rd in the class. He, too, was captain of both his baseball and basketball teams.
Both of these seniors are excellent people and representatives of #PortPride, in and out of our community. They are both heavily involved in extracurricular activities, have earned high academic honors, and have extensive community service. We are very proud of both of them & wish them all the best in their futures! #GoPORT!
