Meeting Update!

Free event open to students and families. We'll have light refreshments (aka free snacks!) to keep you fueled.
Hello!
We're excited to share an update on our upcoming gathering this Wednesday.
Instead of our usual meeting, we will be hosting a special free Mental Health Awareness Session at 5:30 PM (an hour earlier than usual) for all students and families (in the library).
This session will be led by the Mental Health Association in Orange County. They will share useful tips for handling stress and anxiety and highlight local support resources.
It’s a great way to learn tools to help yourself, your family, and your friends. Plus, it offers valuable insight if you are curious about a career in helping others.
Refreshments will be available!
