The High School Guidance Department is participating in a character trait of the month for the 22-23 school year. October's trait of the month is mindfulness. Students and staff are encouraged to show awareness of mindfulness by wearing purple on Wednesdays in October. Students are also encouraged to be aware of what it means to practice mindfulness in their daily routines by taking advantage of the resources available to them through the guidance office.
