PJHS: Humanities Awards Ceremony

Thirty-four high school seniors from around the county who have distinguished themselves in the arts and humanities during their high school careers were selected as their district's Humanities Honorees for the 22/23 school year. These students are chosen for their outstanding accomplishments in the fine arts, theater, music, fashion, and jewelry design. The Senior Scholar Humanities Honors Awards Program is coordinated each year by the Orange-Ulster BOCES Division of Instructional Support and supported by the New York Schools Insurance Reciprocal (NYSIR). Port Jervis' winners from the Class of 2022 are Jorge (JD) Rivera, Jr. (pictured) for art and Braeden Ross (unable to attend the ceremony) for music. The Port Jervis learning community wishes them continued success in their future endeavors.
