The PJHS DECA Club recently hosted its annual Christmas party for selected elementary school students. Members of the club, under the guidance of advisor HS Business teacher Mrs. Liberati, collects and wraps toys donated by the PJCSD employees and hosts the party at the PJ Youth Center. A special guest appearance by Santa provided the highlight of the night. DECA would like to thank Ms. Whiteman, Ms. Venetis, and Ms/ Scannell for inviting the students, John Faggione for the use of the Port Jervis Rec Center, and the staff at PJCSD Building and Grounds for transporting all the gifts and supplies from the HS to the Rec Center. They would also like to thank HS Principal Mr. Lazzaro and Superintendent Rydell for stopping by the event.
