Each week, the students read a book from the "If you Give a Mouse a Cookie" series and build something from the book. When they read "If you Give a Mouse a Cookie", the students built a house for the mouse. When they read "If you Give a Cat a Cupcake", the students built boats and saw how many pennies the boats could hold. When they read "If you Give a Dog a Donut", the students built kites and flew them outside in the Outdoor Learning Classroom. It was a fun-packed program for all who participated!
