The Physical Education Program is designed to provide students with a variety of healthy activities with the goal of developing lifelong, healthy habits. Our students are grouped heterogeneously. All grade levels will participate in a core curriculum of team and individual sports as well as physical fitness activities.

Students will be exposed to basic skills and techniques with an emphasis on strategies designed to help them achieve their fullest potential. Students will also develop skills that will enable them to enjoy a lifetime of physical activity.
