Family ID is now open for registrations.

For JV or Varsity Sports, please select either High School JV & Varsity Fall 2021 High Risk Athletics Registration or High School JV & Varsity 2021 Low or Moderate Risk Athletics Registration, depending on which sport you are registering for.

For Modified Sports, please select either Middle School Modified Fall 2021 High Risk Athletics Registration or Middle School Modified Fall 2021 Low or Moderate Risk Athletics Registration, depending on which sport you are registering for.

Parents should complete the registration process on Family ID, which includes important health information reviewed and approved by our Nurse's office prior to each season, as well as mandatory policies and agreements.  Athletes must have an acceptable health examination on file, prior to being approved to participate.

Students are permitted to participate, even if they are 100% remote at this time.

PHYSICAL EXAMS:

Please note that the requirements for a valid physical examination have changed due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Most students will now be permitted to participate in fall sports, if they have previously had a health examination for school attendance in the 2018-2019 or 2019-2020 school year.

If a student has previously been diagnosed with COVID-19 and is registering for a “high” risk sport, they will be required to have a physical examination from the 2020-2021 school year, as well as cardiac clearance from their physician, before engaging in any high-risk sports activity.
