The High School Interact Club recently held its last meeting of the school year and assembled the birthday cake kits to be given to students in May, June, and those students with summer birthdays. Chosen by staff at HBE, PJMS, and PJHS, students who receive a kit have everything in it they need to make and enjoy a cake to celebrate their special day. This was an ongoing service project for Interact, and the club was able to distribute over 80 birthday cake kits this year! With the leftover supplies that were collected, the club made up graduation celebration cake kits that will be donated to SADD and given out at the All Night Grad Party.
Interact is a service-based club sponsored by the Rotary of Port Jervis.
