PJHS: April's Good Character Recipients

The PJHS Guidance Department is proud to announce the April recipients of our Character Education Recognition Program. We would like to congratulate them ALL on showing good character. The trait for April was friendship but individuals can be nominated for any trait at any time.

For responsibility, we recognized: Destiny Murphy, Jocelyn Decker, Sydney Garcia, Keira Martin, Linda Trujillo Castillo, Ishmael Gil, Bryanna Acosta, Ryleigh Riordan, AJ Bogle, Mrs. Van Horn, Destiny Murphy, Kylee Parisi, and David White Jr. 

Recognized for respect was: Evan Radoslovich, Andres Pacheco Tello, Audrey Shannon, Terry Wright, Kiwi Makarenko, and Mr. Spears.

Noel Conklin, Ms. Antalek, and Mrs. Bushey received recognition for perseverance, and Daniel Benson, Mrs. Hyziak, and Mrs. Mark were recognized for mindfulness.

Thomas Caputo and Mrs. Piscitelli were nominated and recognized for honesty, Bryce Shannon for gratitude, Kylie Harrison-Fox for empathy, and Chloe McCormick for courage.

And finally, Audrey Shannon and Fuhui Cai received recognition for forgiveness, and Richard Oppelt, Mrs. Balogh, Ms. Oldham, Carrington Biccum, Vanesa Valiente, Abigail Straebler, Mrs. Gunderman, Mrs. Murphy, Justyn Calderon Davila, Maykol Ramirez Avila, Jeykin Yandun Davila, Mikaela Murphy, Audrey Shannon, Mrs. Long, Mr. Koval, Mrs. Witkowski, Kristopher Epps, Jeffrey Foley, and Damien Benson were all recognized for the trait of the month, which was friendship.

May's trait of the month is responsibility and staff and students are reminded to wear green on Wednesdays to signify responsibility.
