PJHS: May Character Trait

The PJHS character trait for the month of May is responsibility, the state or fact of being responsible, answerable, or accountable for something within one’s power, control, or management. The HS Guidance department would like to remind all students and staff to wear GREEN on Wednesdays in May for Responsibility.

May is also Mental Health Awareness Month, so watch the daily high school announcements for tips and resources. To mark this month, we will be holding the following events, open to all HS students.

  • PJYC Mental Wellness Tabling during lunches---Thursday, 5/2
  • ADAC Mental Health Awareness Event in the library 9 am-2:15 pm---Monday, 5/6
  • Chalk the Walk for Wellness---Thursday, 5/16 (weather permitting)
