PJHS: Valentines for Senior Citizens

The PJHS Art Club worked with Sen. James Skoufis on creating personalized valentines for area senior citizens. Students adapted an old style from the Caribbean known as "sailor's valentines" and worked with a variety of tiny seashells to create symmetrical designs. Small notes were attached to the back to make the recipients feel special.
