Last week, Denise Hulse, a prevention specialist assigned to the Port Jervis School District from ADAC (the Alcohol & Drug Awareness Council) of Orange County hosted a "meet and greet" event in the high school library during the lunch periods to introduce herself to high school students and let them know about the resources available to them. Students were treated to a "make and take" crafting table where they chose designs for bookmarks and journal books. Students were excited to have this opportunity during their lunch and gained some valuable awareness about ADAC. To learn more about ADAC, please visit their website.
