Attention 8th Grade Parents: Washington D.C. Trip

Attention 8th Grade Parents:                                       

There are still spots available for the 8th Grade Washington D.C. Trip scheduled for April 12-14, 2019. This is the first weekend of Spring Break.  All participants must register online through BrightSpark Travel:

•  Go to https://portal.brightsparktravel.com/ to register.  Use Travel Code: TLWREG5
•  You will need to pay 150$ in catch up payments as they were spread out over time. The next payment is scheduled for Jan 11.  Contact customer support at customersupport@brightsparktravel.com or 877-545-0070  Be sure to include your Tour Code TLWREG5 when you call or email.
•  Monies from GH & Krispy Kreme fundraisers are in the process of being sent.  If you are due money PLEASE just call the company and remind them of this information.  Any problems, please call me.
• There is still one more Gertrude Hawk fundraiser (Feb) which can be applied to your payment. (Any overpayments will be refunded but not until April 12, 2019)

NOTE: If money is an issue, there are LIMITED scholarship monies available. We will give preference to “partial” scholarships. (If you did/do fundraising or are only able to pay a portion, scholarship money can supplement your cost of the trip.)
