HBE students were treated to a very special dance assembly at the end of February after learning about the Asian Lunar New Year! Students, all ages 6 - 11, from the Northern Schoolhouse in Middletown and the Shen Yun Assessment Center performed traditional dances, including the Lion and Dragon dances. At the end of the assembly, HBE students sang the HBE Alma Mater to share a piece of HBE with our new friends. The students from all 3 schools had so much fun and were able to interact and learn from each other. We thank them for coming to HBE and sharing their culture with us!
