On November 17, 2022, HBE Physical Education Teacher, Nikki Hartmann, was awarded the 2022 NYS AHPERD Catskill Zone Amazing People Award. This award is given to people for excellence in teaching and overall performance in the disciplines of physical education, adapted physical education, health education, and dance education.
