Fifth graders at HBE are working on their argument and advocacy unit. To culminate halfway through their research, on chosen topics, the students participated in a friendly debate on world issues. Some of the topics debated were if zoos should be banned, if killer whale shows should be banned, if virtual learning is beneficial, and if extreme sports are worth the risk.
