Requirements of Applicants (include all pertinent prerequisites):
Valid NYS Certification: SBL, SAS, or SDA
The Successful Candidate Will Have:

- A successful record as an administrator and instructional leader
- A proven record of implementing programs to educate the whole child
- Exceptional communication skills
- Experience implementing technology initiatives and student-centered learning experiences that increase student engagement and achievement
- Experience implementing programs that celebrate diversity and recognize the essential role of cultural competency among all in the learning community
- Ability to understand and use data to drive decision making
- Consensus buliding, strategic, and collaborative managment skills
