This two-part course focuses on the science of electricity and its application in electronics and home wiring. This course encompasses basic instruction on: electrical circuits, electronic components, circuit board development, electrical safety, schematic and blueprint development, and residential wiring. Students will experience authentic learning constructing mock residential walls and developing personal electronic devices such as audio amplifiers, strobe lights, calculators, power supplies, and alarm systems.
