Bicentennial staff volunteer time for student mentor program
Forty-one
Hamilton Bicentennial Elementary School teachers and aides volunteered to serve as
student mentors this year. Entering its eighth year, the
Bicentennial Mentor Program provides structured support to
students who need help, support, and guidance. The program,
which kicked off Nov. 21 with an organization breakfast meeting
for all mentors, is organized by Guidance Counselor Dawn Jones.
The mentors will start to meet with their assigned students the
first week in December.
