School District Calendars

2011-12 School Year

• Printed Calendar: This year's Points Of Pride calendar was mailed to all district families the third week of August. The dates listed were current as of July 25. In addition to serving as a handy reference for school holidays and other dates, the calendar also contains important notices and school information. For a copy, call the district communications office at 858-3100, Ext. 15534. You can also download the entire calendar below.
  Please note: A technical error caused the June calendar grid to shift on the printed calendar. The corrected page is posted below. 
   

• Online Calendar: Click on the link below to see the calendar for that month. This version calendar is updated regularly, but we still recommend that you verify event dates, times, and locations in case of last minute changes.

• New York State Testing Schedule - Please check back the NY State Department of Education has not finalized schedule.
   
• Student Calendar:  The one-page annual student calendar lists important dates such as district holidays and conference days.
  2012-13 Calendar - Approved Jan. 10, 2012 by the Board of Education.
  2011-12 Calendar - Approved Jan. 4, 2011 by the Board of Education.
   
• Sports Schedules: The current season schedules are posted on the OCIAA Web Site. 
   
• Private School Transportation Calendar (2011-12): Quality Bus Service, under the direction of the Port Jervis City School District transports students enrolled in  private school in accordance with the district’s calendar and policy. Parents are responsible for transporting their children to school on days the Port Jervis School District is not in session. This includes in-service days.
  
• Board of Education meeting schedule: The dates of school board meetings are available on the Board of Education page.
