Guidance

Welcome to the Guidance Department

In the Middle School Guidance Department, our goal is to help each student achieve success academically, socially, and personally. From academic awards programs and parent/student orientations, to initiatives that help eliminate bullying in our school, we strive to work closely with parents, teachers, administrators and the community to achieve this goal.

Comprehensive Guidance Plan

The district's comprehensive school counseling program integrates academic, career, and personal/social development.  Counseling, consultation, collaboration, coordination, case management, guidance curriculum, and program evaluation are the primary delivery methods in an effective school counseling program. The purpose of a counseling program in a school setting is to promote and enhance the learning process.  Click here to download a copy of the K-12 Guidance Plan.
