Parent-Teacher-Student Association
Dear Parents, Students and Families,
The PJHS Parent-Teacher-Student
Association works closely to support Port Jervis High School.
Unfortunately, our attendance has dwindled and we need your
help. We want your membership.
Our primary mission is to raise enough money to fund our
scholarship fund. Our meetings are generally about one hour
in length with minimal requirements or obligations from the
members.
We really want your
support which translates into support for our students. Our
most important fundraiser is
the Used
Clothing Drive on Saturday,
Nov. 1. Items can be dropped
off at the High School cafeteria from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Everything should be placed in tied plastic bags.
The donated items will be collected by Fashion Republic, a New
Jersey company that specializes in processing and shipping used
clothing to people in need. The PTSA will receive a
donation from the company equivalent to 10 percent of the total
poundage collected.
The PTSA is asking you to help it reach its goal of 20,000
pounds!
Our meetings are held on Tuesdays at
7 p.m. in Room 123. This year's schedule is

Again, we really want your support and hope you will
consider joining this worthwhile group. Membership fees are
adults: $5 and students: $3. If you have any questions, please
