way parents can ensure academic success.
At ASK, we have
plenty of incentives
to encourage students to attend
a full day of school.

recognized for perfect attendance.

Attendance Incentives |
Monthly Recognition
•
The names of students with monthly perfect
attendance will run in the
following month’s school newsletter and will also have their names
posted on the
ASK website.
•
The students'
names will appear on the bulletin board in ASK’s main hallway.
•
For
each month a student has perfect attendance, his or her name
will be entered in
in the drawing for an end-of-the year prize. Each student has up to
10 chances to
win!
Quarterly Perfect Attendance
•
Student
with perfect attendance for an entire marking period will be
rewarded with
breakfast with the principal.
•
Each
student will receive a certificate for Wendy's and a
perfect attendance
certificate.
Annual Rewards
•
Students
with perfect attendance for the entire year will receive a pizza
party.
•
Each
student who never missed a day of school all year will receive a
certificate and
have his/her name announced at the end-of-the year awards assembly.
Other Recognitions
We understand that illnesses do arise and there will be times
your child may not be able to make it to school. Therefore, the
school will also recognize students at the end-of- the year
awards assembly with the following:
Almost Perfect Attendance: 1 day absent
Excellent Attendance: 2-3 days absent
Great Attendance: 4-5 days absent
Please Note: In order to
be recognized for perfect attendance, a student must be on time
each day and remain in school until dismissal.
Two tardies and two early
dismissals during the school year will be excused as long as a
doctor’s note is given to the main office. Please label your
note “Attention: Perfect Attendance.”
