PTA provides a
vital link between home and school.
Every year, the
ASK PTA sponsors many school activities and programs. One of
last year's most exciting
programs was the Harlem Wizards assembly. Every student who demonstrated good
behavior in their special area classes earned the right to watch
two of the world famous Harlem Wizards - ToJo and Big Mike -
perform tricks, hoops, and "alley-oops." One deserving
student from each qualifying class was chosen to play with the
Wizards. Pictured with ToJo and Big Mike are the “ASK
All-Stars.”

REMINDER: The
PTA raises funds for our students by collecting Box Tops
for
Education, Campbell's Soup labels, (UPC codes please), used
inkjet cartridges, old cell phones,
Nestle Pure Life water bottle labels, and Tyson Chicken
labels. These items can be dropped off at the school
throughout the school year.
Tyson will give us 24 cents for each label.
PTA meetings are held
on the second Wednesday of the month in the ASK Library at 7
